Re: '10 Tour!

I was shocked. They also did Love's Recovery which is mine.

Re: '10 Tour!

well, at least they're not totally dissing us.

they're playing hardly strictly bluegrass in sf on 3 oct. but at 10:30am at a free festival. festival set.

is it too much to ask for a full show? more east coast dates? whateves...

Re: '10 Tour!

Some dates have been added back to the tour page and 2 say presale starts today (Portsmouth & Portland)...I'm guessing 10am?

Edit: It is 10am and there's also a presale for Ridgefield CT showing.

Re: '10 Tour!

Its been TICKET MADNESS today!!! All month for that matter. We've gotten pretty lucky. I can't wait to hit the shows. Use up my vacation time at work!!! I'm looking at the suddenly full tour sched and my mouth is watering. 6 shows in 7 days. That even tops the craziest I've gone with 4 shows/1 in-store in 6 days.

:: pinching pennies here on out::

Spike: Come on out this way!!!!!

Re: '10 Tour!

Glad to hear that my New England crew had fun at the shows! As for me, I had a blast at my traditional and a capella singing workshop, so I have no regrets missing a few shows and traveling to the north Georgia mountains to do that. On top of that, one of the women there (in her 70's) has a best friend who was a student at Yale in the mid-60's while Emily's father taught there, and this man used to babysit for the Saliers family - is that cool or what?

Re: '10 Tour!

Ack! So, Birchmere dates are re-announced (not surprised) (where I live now), and that Ridgefield, CT date is close to home (where I hope to return), but on a Tuesday. I need to know where I'll be in the fall so I don't get closed out of concert tix. This is agonizing! Sorry, just needed to vent. Thought you'd understand . . .

Oh yeah, portsmouth sale tomorrow. This should be fun. We'll see how it goes. Noon right? Right when I'll be in the car.

Re: '10 Tour!

HA!!! JR ya tossed me off gaurd.. I too thought it was noon, and I had to work this morning.. when I came home and logged on the Music Hall was nearly sold out?!? big oops on my part. No problem.. yesterday I bought Portland tix thinking if something went amiss today at least we'd have Merrill tix.. thank the goddess for that one. Anyway I feel Portsmouth tix will find us somehow. I'll keep on the search.. if anyone comes across extras please let me know. Peace y'all

Re: '10 Tour!

I went online at noon for the Music Hall, and I found single seats in the Orchestra section for Woodmama and myself, but there were definitely no decent pairs of seats. But we're psyched because each seat was better than what Woodmama was offered a few weeks ago when she was considering buying a membership!

Re: '10 Tour!

has anyone been able to get through for Carnegie Hall tix? It keeps telling me that due to high volume, the website won't work and I can't get through on the phone.
